Welcome to our Network of Experts
A community of diverse technical experts is a powerful force multiplier for consultants. It expands your capabilities without hiring, allowing you to tackle larger, multidisciplinary projects by collaborating with specialists. This increases your ability to win bigger engagements, deliver higher-quality results, and reduce risk through shared experience. Such networks also generate referrals, enhance credibility, and provide continuous learning across fields like AI, biosciences, and hardware.
Exposure to adjacent fields helps you:
- Spot emerging trends earlier (e.g., AI in diagnostics, new materials)
- Apply ideas across domains (cross-pollination)
- Stay relevant without formal retraining
Many breakthrough ideas come from borrowing concepts across disciplines.
A strong expert community transforms a solo consultant into a flexible, high-impact team and creates long-term, compounding value for growth and opportunity.

Andy Atamaniuk is a mechanical engineer. I spent most of my career designing and developing medical devices, namely in the hearing aid space. I received my BASC in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Waterloo, Canada in 1983. I am originally from Canada and worked as a design engineer for Unitron Hearing Aids for 8 years. In 1997, I was recruited by ReSound, a leading hearing aid developer and manufacturer, to lead the R&D product development team and I moved to San Francisco, California. Most recently, he enjoyed working as ME Director R&D for Earlens, a hi-tech start up hearing aid company. Andy has extensive experience in the medical device development process including design control, project management, DFM, FMEA, hands-on detailed ME design, process development, transfer to manufacturing and cross functional team work.
He is an expert in Solid Works and enjoy the design process. I am an excellent communicator and over the years have enjoyed hiring, mentoring, working with and leading engineering teams. I am looking for ME contract engineering opportunities in design of products that improve people’s lives.”
