that didn’t work – From is being overwritten by a filter in child/functions.php – I’ve tried another fix.

If you can be satisfied with the 30% – 50% that collection agencies charge, that can be very quick but the agency does not always collect the full amount of the debt. More effective – though slower – is to pay an attorney hourly to (1) assess your odds of collection, and (2) go after the client, first with a letter, and later with legal judgments…[Read more]

All,
I have outstanding overdue invoices of about $10K with a small industrial lighting company in Oakland from earlier this year. There was no dispute regarding the deliverables or quality of work, and they initially paid about $12K before their payments became delinquent.
