| Description: | Crowden Music Center is seeking a consultant, or consulting firm, to work with us to create a strategic plan over the course of the next several months. Crowden combines music and education to nurture, develop, and inspire students of all ages, and provides essential support to the musical life of the community. We are an established nonprofit organization located in West Berkeley. We have had several milestone successes in recent years, and we are looking forward to creating a thoughtful plan for continued growth moving forward. Additionally, we know that our current Executive and Artistic Director will look forward to retirement in the next 5-7 years, and we are especially interested in building a careful succession plan for a graceful transition.
