Dear Members of PATCA,

Please take the Survey As Soon as you can. We have had about 36 responses from our membership. We need 10 or 20 more to have a meaningful pre-survey. We will close out responses next Tuesday, 15 December at Midnight and begin to analyze them.

As I mentioned earlier, PATCA will be conducting a Consulting Rate Survey for the year 2015, which we will be sending out in January of 2016. PATCA received feedback from many of you regarding the length and content of the surveys conducted in the past. In order to keep the survey short and relevant, we would like to get your input on some specific information as it pertains to consulting rates, charges and setups. We’d appreciate it if you would fill out this short pre-survey of 9 questions. Our final and formal survey will also cover marketing tools and sources of leads. If there is anything else that might be of interest to you, please list them out in Question 9.

This Survey should not take more than 3 to 5 minutes of your time. It will help us tailor the final Rate Survey to meet your needs and keep it as short as possible and relevant.
