My brother, who lives in Illinois is looking for a registered mechanical P.E. who is licensed in Hawaii. He said:

“I am looking for a mechanical engineer, PE., licensed in Hawaii,
that can stamp and/or provide calculations, for a 140 MPH seismic restraint system for a 8850
gallon, double walled, polyethylene tank.

This would be for the United States Department of Defense. ”
