PATCA User ID & password
I know… I know… the LAST thing you need is another user ID and password to remember. But in order to provide members-only content we have no choice. It is sort of minimum security. No crazy password restrictions and if you click “Remember Me” when logging in, it will keep you logged in for a year! And we just made a change such that you can use your userid (first initial and last name) OR your email address to login.

Password reset
It is super easy to reset your password. Just click the “Lost your password” link at the bottom of the login page. It will send you an email link, and after changing your password you will be asked to login using it. Seems like it ought to just log you in right away after that, but this is standard behavior on the internet it seems.
