I was approached by Sam Doshi of http://www.relayo.com. They connect people who are looking for experts in their field with consultants who can answer their questions. According to him, the work can be done remotely and in your spare time. I have not used the service and have no experience with it, but it seems as though it could be something that some PATCA members may be interested in, perhaps as a way to generate new leads for your business.
