As a Principal Consultant and founder of The Faulkner Group, John brings over 13 years of Epic EHR experience to the complex world of healthcare technology. His work centers on one mission: making Epic work for clinicians.

Specializing in Women’s Health, John partners with hospitals to transform OB/GYN workflows in Epic—streamlining documentation, reducing cognitive load, and empowering providers to focus more on patient care, not clicks. His firm stands apart by combining deep Epic Stork expertise with real-world clinical input from a board-certified OB/GYN.

John has led system-wide optimizations for organizations with up to 40,000 employees, but his approach is always personal, collaborative, and grounded in clinical reality. He’s particularly passionate about alleviating the burden that technology can place on nurses and physicians, ensuring that every build is intuitive, scalable, and aligned with ACOG standards.
