Rebecca Rounds has over 20 years of experience in finance, marketing, operations and project management.  She earned her masters at Pepperdine Graziadio School of Management in the Executive MBA program and a BS in Arts Management at Skidmore College.  She has extensive experience in managing complex projects and produced a Merle Haggard concert for the AFL-CIO, attended by 30,000.    Her CV includes Executive Director Linked CXO Forum, President of Original Works Repertory Theater, Division Director for The American Heart Association, and Business Manager of The Hyde Collection Trust.  Ms. Rounds has served as an adjunct professor at Argosy University in the undergraduate school, teaching and speaking publicly on project management, managerial accounting, principles of marketing, statistics, skills for success, interpersonal effectiveness, solutions focused leadership, change management, and managing people for performance.
