I am part of a varied and experienced team of project managers as a FieldDay Solutions consultant. We use our signature 7 steps to Project Success for implementing projects. Our team members come from software development, software security, electrical engineering, healthcare, customer service and non-profits.
Currently, I am working on a self service help pages software for customers of small to mid sized businesses on the web. The intention of this service is to provide efficient and accurate answers to customers inquiries. This software was designed by the highly experienced experts in support by Fieldday Solutions consultants.
